They are professional work.  I went with them twice because of the service.  They owner has lots of experienced professionals not just new apprentices. The price was higher then what they quoted before the work started.

I have used Renstrom Plumbing and Heating a number of times over the years to jet out my sewage line, and I always have been satisfied with their work. I have an old sewage line and the tree roots have entered cracks in the line, and when I have not cleaned out the sewage line, it has occasionally backed up in my garage during a heavy rain because the roots grab the toilet paper and a blockage builds up. (Be careful about flushing anything other than toilet paper!) Eventually I probably will have to replace the sewage line, but until then, I have decided to have Renstrom Plumbing jet out my sewage line every fall as a preventative measure. Chris Renstrom, the owner of the company, is very nice to deal with, he scheduled the appointment for when I wanted it, and Ray and Justin showed up on time, and they explained everything to me that they were doing. Renstrom charges $475. I don't know if that is the going rate or not, but i felt it was worth it. I like working with this company because it has done a great job for me in the past, and I know I can count on their continuing their high quality of work. They usually charge $250 for a camera line so they and I can see where the roots are most overgrown, but they included that for no extra charge. I could have paid less to have them just snake the line, but that would not have removed all of the roots. Jetting costs more, but it removes all of the roots that are in the line, which is the goal. By cutting back the roots, however, it encourages them to grow faster (think of your plants), which is why I've decided to have Renstrom jet my line every year as a preventative measure. It is better to do it before there is a blockage that floods the garage with sewage. Overall, I have been very pleased with Renstrom Plumbing, and I recommend them to others.

All the work was done in one day and we have no complaints. It seems a little pricy, but I guess that is what licensed plumbers charge. They didn't try to sell us on any extra work, as I have heard other plumbers do.

We went through three plumbers looking for the right people for this job. Chris and the team at Renstrom were great - not the cheapest, but by far the most responsive and professional.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE MAN CAME RIGHT IN AND GOT RIGHT TO THE WORK. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD THEY WERE ANSWERED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. NOW ALL THE PROBLEMS ARE GONE; NO MORE LEAKS.
