I called them for an estimate and Dan arrived on Monday afternoon, walked around and took measurements and gave us an estimate. We were having a big dinner party on Saturday and wondered if he could complete the work before then. He checked his calendar and put us in for Thursday afternoon sometime as early as 2:30 but not later than 4:30. He and his helper arrived around 3 p.m. and brought in their equipment, moved a few things we had not moved and started to clean and they were finished in less than 2 hours. They applied a special agent to a couple of horrible spots which came out completely. They cleaned up, and left. The whole operation went very smoothly and efficiently. They were both friendly, yet professional. We will definitely use them again.

Dan was on time and did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning our carpet. He took great care with moving and protecting our furniture.
