They were very prompt and on time. Sean was the person who came. He was very good at exploring what the ramifications of the problem were and making recommendations. He did not pressure me to have anything particular done; just laid out the options for me. He was here very promptly, quickly found the problem, quickly fixed it and so we agreed on a minimum house call price. He was very responsive. I had an appointment for a Tuesday and he called me Monday morning and asked if they could come later that same day, because they had an opening.

Sean gave me an honest assessment of our broken toilet flusher. I could fix it myself by taking the parts he pulled out to the hardware store and buying replacements. He explained how easy it would be to install the new parts, by providing a tutorial, with extra tips in case the new parts look different from the worn out ones. and quot;Common sense, really,and quot; he said. I could not agree more. Am hugely relieved that Sean did not charge us a penny for his visit or his advice, not to mention turning a small job into a major one. I very much appreciate the chance to save money at this time of year after the holidays. He gave me a refrigerator magnet, so when we have a real plumbing problem we will be sure to call him. A very nice honest guy and straight shooter.
