Raz Hauling Services

It was challenging for the haulers due to the height of the doors. The team persevered in successfully getting them out of the building. I was greatly relieved and pleased with outcome!

We were surprised to see that this owner subcontracts the work out. I spoke with him an we set an appointment for a week ahead. The weather started to look severe, so we decided to reschedule. We settled on 3pm as our time. The time came and went, and we heard nothing. Coincidentally, I happened to log on to my computer and happened to see that we'd received an email that let us know they were going to be late. I called at 4:30 to check and see if they were going to make it. I was told that they would be there in a half an hour, but they arrived around 5:30. Two workers showed up in a rented truck, and had no receipts. After they moved everything into the truck, they asked me for $250. but that was far more than we'd be quoted. I told them that they were getting $200, and as they were receiving the payment, they made an unprofessional comment. We were extremely disappointed in the caliber of this service.

The dispatcher and the foreman were both extremely friendly, prompt, reliable. I absolutely thought they were great. Highly recommend.

Extremely responsive with excellent and clear communications.  Quick response to my request, follow up to set appointment, confirmed appointment and arrived exactly on time; very professional and respectful.
Job was done perfectly and without incident.  But the very best thing was the attitude of the guys - they were actually happy and cheerful at 7am in the morning!  Much appreciated.  I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

We corresponded by email to set up the appt. and other details .He was very organized and efficient. I noticed he was emailing others when he was here and instructing his helpers .

He arrived on time with two assistants. They worked quickly and sorted items for the dump. I appreciated the care that they took for recycling. I would definitely use him again.

It was fine from start to finish. From the first phone call he was on it. He could have scheduled us the next day if we had been ready for him. He kept up apprised of his arrival time. I should have read his website more clearly. There were certain items (paint and cleaning supplies) that he doesn't handle. Had an enormous moving-size truck.

I sent an email to Raz generally describing my needs, and got a response from Ziv within an hour. He came by later that day to provide an estimate.  I had arranged all the materials on a driveway close to the street for easy access, which made it easier for him to estimate, and made the pickup fairly quick and straightforward. We landed on a fair price. The next day he arrived on time with truck and helper, loaded up, and the job was done.Price was as-agreed to, invoice/receipt provided by email that same date. I'll use them again in future.
