Raven Restoration

I used a company called Raven Restoration for my hundred year old wooden windows. And they were fantastic. He did the work in December. I am going to hire him again to do some door work. I think the total came to about $12,000. He and his assistant are expert craftsmen, they know a lot about wooden windows, they do a very excellent careful, meticulous job. They were very neat with their work space. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They did a very good job on windows.

Glenn was very responsive, professional, did a great job explaining what could be and what would be done. He gave me a description -- with advice if I asked -- about what I ought to invest in to keep the integrity of the windows and walls (there was lots of condensation and mold growing near the leakiest windows). The estimate /bid was clearly written with very specific details. He's quite busy but because of a cancellation was able to schedule one of his pros to come do the job within a couple of days. They worked impeccably, didn't leave a trace behind, and were very flexible to work with the tenants. I priced a couple of other window restorers and while the prices were the same, it was Glenn's responsiveness and professionalism that sealed the deal.
