Jose contacted me very promptly to discuss the plumbing work I needed done.
He was polite, and both his pricing and timeframe was reasonable.
The next morning, he showed up at the time we discussed.
The work was completed to my satisfaction.
Getting what you want, when you need it done, for a reasonable price is rare and refreshing.
I already have plans to contact Jose for another project.

Jose Rivas was amazing. Came the same day to look at my old screen sliding door. It needed to be replaced. He went to the local store and called to say he found the door we needed. He was back and installed the door. I live in a high rise building which adds to the challenge. Whole thing only took a couple of hours. Great service. Very responsive. Update - after only 6 weeks my cleaners messed up the door so it sticks on the track. I called Jose and he came by the next day. He adjusted to mechanism and it works beautifully again. Such timely service for a small job.
