David said the job would take six weeks. The crew of 3 or 4 were here every day at 7:30, took a lunch break at noon and finished work at 4:00. They cleaned up everytime they left the house. They finished right on schedule.

Sometimes they ask us for our comments. They were on time all the time. They would be here at 7:30 every morning, and they kept everything clean every time they walked out of the house for lunch or anything. They cleaned up and cleaned their pathway and told us when they would be back. They always came back on time. They gave us six weeks to complete the job, and they were done exactly on time. We were very very satisfied with the completion of the job. We called them for a little touchup about a month later, and they were out here right away and they took care of it real well and real fast. We don't think they were the cheapest price we could get. We did get the estimate from another company who were trying to be higher.

We had a acquaintance who had work done by David, after having another contractor drag the process and budget to stratospheric levels. They had nothing but praise for David, but we were suspicious (its my nature). Wow. Three weeks ahead of schedule. And below budget. David and his team were extremely prompt (8:30 am to 5:30 pm). They never missed a work day (6 days a week). Extremely clean. Prepped everything to mitigate construction dust. Super reliable, and trustworthy. They were given the keys, they answered the The quality was far beyond what I expected. I truly believe we had a partner in David Cao. If he thought something wasn't right, he spoke up and added his comments. He was always correct....down to the suggestion that we measure the TV and not rely on the manufacturer spec sheets. As with any relationship, you know its limits when things go sideways. We had some surprises (as you do with old places), and David's response was always to remain calm, and work through it...without the standard "this is out of the scope of what I quoted". The only change order we added was the dry wall on the ceiling when it became evident patching wasn't going to work out. It was reasonable, and we agreed together. Everything looks terrific. The built in looks like furniture. I can not thank David Cao and his team enough for making this process as painless as it has been. I plan on hiring him again soon when I replenish my coffers for a deck project.
