When I called Prolocksmith I got a dispatch person who seemed to be working from home. She was quick in trying to connect me with someone to do the work. Referred me to discuss rate and other specifics with the locksmith who would be performing the work. The actual locksmith called me within 5 minutes and indicated that he would be at my place in 20 minutes. I had to interrupt him to tell him what type of lock was on my door. Also when I asked about rates, he said that he would not be able to tell until he was there and I could opt out at that time. Locksmith who showed up was with another company and did not know anything about Angieslist. He tried to give me some sort of a discount but said the software on his smartphone would not let him. Upside, he arrived within 30 minutes. Downside, cost $272 and I am not sure what company opened my door but it was not the licensed Prolocksmiths.

Job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The cost of the job was a surprise, much higher then I expected.

The technician (Adam) was prompt, efficient, and professional. The pricing for the work was not at all justifiable; it was simply outrageous. Great employee (Adam). Outrageous pricing.

Locks were installed well but pricing was not clear when the work began and $2k later I had 5 new locks and was shocked at the price.

I was asked to send photos of my door/lock, which I did and was then quoted $189 for the work. When the locksmith arrived he couldn't find us and kept asking where he should park (we're in the city, park wherever) and asked me to send HIM the pictures as well. He then said the project would actually cost $289. Felt like a bait and switch.

Went well. IDan's professional was outstanding. Will call him again for my next project.

He was able to come out sooner than expected, his price was reasonable and payment was convenient.

Great he was on time and did it right when I needed him. His daughter is a sweetheart also.

This is my second review after the one I wrote yesterday about the change in service fee and denying there was an Angies List coupon. The owner of the business called me yesterday and asked what had happened and apologized profusely. She was clearly very concerned about her company's reputation and stated that she did not know why the workman did not give the correct service fee. She said she would discuss this with him. She was very professional and committed to her business being upfront and customer friendly. She also wanted to make things right and did so. I would definitely use this company again and would want to support her small business.

Went well job was quick and work was correct

Original call was on time and seemed to be completed on time and as expected. However other people in the household did not like the fact that when you closed the door, it now had to be pulled tight before the latch would engage. I called the next day and the same locksmith came back. He explained why the latch was the way it was and seemed a little reluctant to change things but eventually said in effect that the customer gets what the customer wants.

Service tech, Dan, was excellent. Reasonable, educated me on what he was doing, honored coupon/discounted rate as needed. Appreciated his skills and I would hire him again if needed.

June 5, 2018 I called pro locksmith up around 5PM yesterday. I immediately received a call from the locksmith Idan. I told him the issue and he told me that he would be at my home in 30 minutes. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard to fix the sliding door lock and handle. The lock and handle were fixed within one hour and works perfectly. I highly recommend this company and especially Idan who is professional, hard worker, and great communicator. I will be using their service in the future. I will also share this company with family and friends.

Idan came to my home 60 minutes after calling Pro Locksmith. He was timely, professional, excellent quality of work. Asked us questions and provided very good information. The work was done quickly and the entire process was professional. I would highly recommend using Idan from Pro Locksmith once again when needed. I rated everything A's/

Very good company. I really enjoyed doing business with them. They came on time, I was in emergency situation and really appreciated it , a guy was very professional and did the job clean and fast. The price was also in a range that they gave me before they came on site. So yes I would use their services again for sure!

I ordered locksmith to change lock in my house , I had a bad experience with other company before , so I was worried that Pro Locksmith will be the same , but they came on time , very very fast service. A guy that came was really nice and professional , he didn’t charge us anything extra , whatever we spoke on the phone , performed really good and fast job . I am very happy with their service . Excellent locksmith service ! I called those guys a few weeks ago i needed to make a new key for my Nissan Altima. Idan did a great job. He was honest and very professional. Today i accidentally locked my keys in the car. I send Idan a massage he replay back quickly and again saved my day. I definitely will call him again if you need a reliable locksmith service you can rely on them.

I been on vacation in San Francisco and I locked my keys in the rental car. Those guys are Very fast they come within 15 min and open the car less then 2 min. They were very professional and I'd highly recommend them!!

It was certainly a pleasure to work with a company that comes on time, works well, and is friendly. The new lock is great. They also knew what they were doing! I would absolutely use them again, and again.

Our electronic front door lock broke and needed replacement. We'd been dealing with a property manager-recommended locksmith for several days, and finally got fed up after waiting all day, then getting told that we'd need to wait until tomorrow, again. We reached out to several locksmiths via Angie's List email. Pro Locksmiths 24-7 answered within 15 min, and after some back and forth messages, the locksmith was willing to come out that evening, even though it was after 9:30 PM. By 11:30 PM, we had a temporary lock installed, without requiring any modifications to our door, as requested by our property manager. While the price may have been a little steep (we were charged for an attempt to fix the original electronic lock, even though we were pretty sure that it was unfixable), the locksmith was friendly, skillful, prompt with communications and with showing up onsite (even in the middle of the night), and honest in his assessment of the situation. We'd definitely hire him again should the need arise.
