When I called Prolocksmith I got a dispatch person who seemed to be working from home. She was quick in trying to connect me with someone to do the work. Referred me to discuss rate and other specifics with the locksmith who would be performing the work. The actual locksmith called me within 5 minutes and indicated that he would be at my place in 20 minutes. I had to interrupt him to tell him what type of lock was on my door. Also when I asked about rates, he said that he would not be able to tell until he was there and I could opt out at that time. Locksmith who showed up was with another company and did not know anything about Angieslist. He tried to give me some sort of a discount but said the software on his smartphone would not let him. Upside, he arrived within 30 minutes. Downside, cost $272 and I am not sure what company opened my door but it was not the licensed Prolocksmiths.

I was asked to send photos of my door/lock, which I did and was then quoted $189 for the work. When the locksmith arrived he couldn't find us and kept asking where he should park (we're in the city, park wherever) and asked me to send HIM the pictures as well. He then said the project would actually cost $289. Felt like a bait and switch.

This is my second review after the one I wrote yesterday about the change in service fee and denying there was an Angies List coupon. The owner of the business called me yesterday and asked what had happened and apologized profusely. She was clearly very concerned about her company's reputation and stated that she did not know why the workman did not give the correct service fee. She said she would discuss this with him. She was very professional and committed to her business being upfront and customer friendly. She also wanted to make things right and did so. I would definitely use this company again and would want to support her small business.

Original call was on time and seemed to be completed on time and as expected. However other people in the household did not like the fact that when you closed the door, it now had to be pulled tight before the latch would engage. I called the next day and the same locksmith came back. He explained why the latch was the way it was and seemed a little reluctant to change things but eventually said in effect that the customer gets what the customer wants.

June 5, 2018 I called pro locksmith up around 5PM yesterday. I immediately received a call from the locksmith Idan. I told him the issue and he told me that he would be at my home in 30 minutes. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard to fix the sliding door lock and handle. The lock and handle were fixed within one hour and works perfectly. I highly recommend this company and especially Idan who is professional, hard worker, and great communicator. I will be using their service in the future. I will also share this company with family and friends.

Very good company. I really enjoyed doing business with them. They came on time, I was in emergency situation and really appreciated it , a guy was very professional and did the job clean and fast. I ordered locksmith to change lock in my house , I had a bad experience with other company before , so I was worried that Pro Locksmith will be the same , but they came on time , very very fast service. A guy that came was really nice and professional , he didn’t charge us anything extra , whatever we spoke on the phone , performed really good and fast job . I am very happy with their service . If something happens , will call then again for sure and will advice to all my friends . Thank you guys !

Excellent locksmith service ! I called those guys a few weeks ago i needed to make a new key for my Nissan Altima. Idan did a great job. He was honest and very professional. Today i accidentally locked my keys in the car. I send Idan a massage he replay back quickly and again saved my day. I definitely will call him again if you need a reliable locksmith service you can rely on them.
