Very well -- see above for the service that they performed.
Unfortunately, my computer was not long for this world. Despite the fact that it was a brand new computer, less than a year old, the virus I had picked up (which had broken through my anti-viral software which had been touted as super secure), slowly took my system down. Gradually it booted up more and more slowly. Several months later it had reached the point of no return, and again, PCS diagnosed my condition quickly. My options were to either reload the operating system again or to purchase a new machine. By this point, Windows 7 had been released, which would have actually meant a major upgrade if I chose do go that route. Instead, I opted for a Mac Mini, and I have never looked back . . . . :)
