I was disappointed in that the person sent to do the cleaning did not speak English, so I could not tell her things she needed to know. Moreover, I did not think she had adequate rags and things to get everything clean. For example, after she had mopped the hardwood floor, I gave it a second cleaning using a solution designed for hardwood floors. It was still quite dirty. $170 for the job also seemed a bit high given the amount of work to do.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS, AND I TRUST THEM. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR CLEANING, AND THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
