Great - arrived on Sunday for no extra cost and quickly got the job done.

Vendor was called for repair.  Could not do immediately, so scheduled for later time.
Showed vendor all work to be done.  Vendor complete work a little over time, but within acceptable limits.
Over all good experience.

I'm fairly new to Angie's List but saw that they had done work in my area before.  I called in the morning and they were able to respond to rekey locks within one hour.  They called when they were on their way and let me know that they would arrive within 15 - 20 minutes.  This was nice because I don't reside where the work was being done and I could meet them as opposed to waiting for them.

He did a great job from start to finish

It was a great experience. The service guy called ahead to let me know that he was running about 15 minutes late. He was very friendly, helpful, and fast. I would definitely use them again!

They were courteous and very fast. The work turned out fine and we had a pretty hassle free experience.

They did a graet job with everything. I called every single locksmith in San Fransico, none of which would come out since they didn't have a phone number they could call me at. However they were able to come and help me out.

They were very good. They came out and were punctual and friendly, doing the work right there. They had a very fast turn around time. I have no complaints and would recommend them.

They are fantastic. They get there exteremly fast when you're in a difficult situation. I'll definitley continue to use them in the future.

Pop-A-Lock was amazing. I needed an almost immediate change of keying due to an unfortunate roommate situation and wanted to feel safe in my home. I called them at 7 am and arranged for them to arrive at 9 am the same day. I can't say enought good things about them, courteous, efficient, made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and reasonably priced. I would certainly utilize their services if needed in the future.

Went to do some shopping at Stonestown Mall last weekend and locked my keys in my car! Good thing I didn't lock my child in there too though, so I guess it's not that bad. A friend messaged me the info for a couple locksmiths in the yellow pages, but they both were quoting $79 and $89 and couldn't be there for over an hour! The security guard at the mall gave me the number for Pop-A-Lock. They quoted me $59 and were there in 10 minutes. Got the car open in 2. And get this... he said if I *had* locked my son in there, it would have been free! I've never heard of that before. Highly recommend these guys. Cary were very professional on the phone and Greg was very professional in person.
