Peters Design-Build is a family owned business specializing in sustainable and energy efficient design and construction. As specialists in single-family dwelling remodel projects, our team has experience in all building phases, including site and foundation work, design, engineering, retaining walls, engineered steel framing, complete building envelope and systems (electric, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC), interior design, and architectural-grade finishes. We strive to integrate design and construction to achieve quality craftsmanship, and are pleased to stand behind all of our jobs. We provide custom tailored service to our clients, building one-of-a-kind projects one-at-a-time. Our past projects include green jobs utilizing passive solar design to provide heat and reduce energy consumption, high-tech jobs with utility upgrades, engineered steel, and structural wiring. Since we are a small business with low overhead, we are able to maintain a competitive edge, tailoring our approach to the goals our clients define. Peters Design-Build is licensed, bonded, and carry a Primary Contractor’s General Liability insurance policy. Our network of architects, engineers, and subcontractors also maintain proper licensing and insurance. All workers are protected by workers compensation.
