Peter T Reichart

Pete Reichart did an excellent job on a major remodel. He’s a highly skilled craftsman who doesn’t take short cuts, and he worked on site every day. When decisions had to be made, Pete told me my options clearly and in plenty of time, so I never felt rushed. He brought in excellent subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, and painting. He’s also a very nice guy, easy to work with. I trusted him start to finish.

Pete did two large jobs for us: 1) a major exterior renovation, rescuing a bunch of siding & window casings, then repainting. 2) an interior renovation in two stages, first enlarging a room, and later building a custom designed (by him) sleeping loft for our kid. Superb design and workmanship. Plus, he was SUPER easy to work with at every stage of the process.

Pete is very good at what he does and he’s a perfectionist. At the same time he doesn’t overcharge or oversell. He is very conscientious about getting a client what they want to need at a fair price. His workmanship is excellent.
