THEY HAVE MANY LOCAL NUMBERS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE CONNECTION SPEED IS VERY SLOW, EVEN FOR DIAL-UP. I FREQUENTLY GET DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER AND EXPERIENCE TIME-OUTS.
