They picked up the rug from me and were to call to confirm the details the next day. I didn't hear for a few days, so I called and they confirmed it was silk and that they would hand wash by a special process. But they had not examined the damage and didn't know the price for hand washing, and so said they would call back. Several days passed, so I called and received another incomplete response. This went on for 6 weeks, when suddenly I was told it was done. I had no idea of what was "done" or the price, and got more odd answers. Then ensued several missed appointments to deliver the rug to me, a few lost rug stories (it was at their "cousin's workshop", at their "factory in Brisbane" etc). Finally I went to the San Fran store, and found the rug there damp and ruined - the dye had all run (plus no repairs performed or sleeve installed). The workers feigned ignorance of everything (what repairs? What sleeve? That is absolutely not silk!) and made me pay to get the rug back anyway.

She stayed opened when I was running late in arriving. She showed us how the carpets would be hand washed. She gave us a 10% discount.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ALWAYS DO A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING MY RUGS.
