They are great. I know that they are right now. They were more service for me when I had my old car and it certainly goes back to the dealership for repairs, but I am obviously there to get my gas from them and I know certain things that I can always ask them. They always been able to answer my questions to fix what the problem reasonably. The price was reasonable. I would use them again if needed.

Our shop can and does most major repairs and maintenance work that any dealership can do for you. Having us do the work does NOT invalidate any warranty you may have on your vehicle. We also have the ability to use either dealer brand or after market parts (which may be less costly and of be equal quality). And our labor and parts prices are better than any dealership! Dan has always been a consumate professional. He could always find the OEM parts I needed for my old Taurus. Previously, he did a temporary fix to hold from late the light inside the car which wasn't going off so that the switch would work until he could get the OEM part.

I have been taking my car to Pacific Heights Chevron for more than ten years. I always use the same mechanic, Vinh. He is highly skilled, communicates well, and is honest. Over the course of the years, they have sometimes done less than a perfect job. When this has happened, they are quick to correct the problem.
Several years ago, I received a phone call from the owner. It seemed they had slightly overcharged me for some work and he wanted to let me know that he would send me a check for the difference...and he did.

When I was there, the mechanic came out and went over several things with me and the price involved before he started the work. I did not have an appointment, so I did think it took a long time to do the work. They said that they could get me right in, which was true but once they pulled my car in to the garage it took about 45 minutes before they even started. The price and work was okay though. I would use them again, but next time I would call ahead or drop off the car.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. Brakes rattled after I picked up my car, but the shop fixed the problem the same day. Shop could not find source of check engine light, which they reset. The light came back on the next day. The only negative was the total cost...ouch! Maybe reasonable for a typical Pacific Heights budget--but not mine.
