We stopped by and ordered our furniture, indicating wood, models, style and finish, on our way to an extensive trip, Australia and Papua New Guinea, while staff seemed helpful, there were small glitches, and they attempted to contact us several times, though they knew we were generally out of reach. They had failed to bring up the differences of the face fronts, thick tops, hardware available and thickness of the tops; to their credit, they added the thick tops and extras - and did not charge us, a very nice thing and we are happy with their decisions, but I prefer to have a bit more control. As well, we had arranged for a specific date for delivery, yet we were e-mailed and called several times and told the delivery would have to be rescheduled if they did not hear from us we were in Papua New Guinea, and very much out of communications range, which made it frustrating. The delivery did go off as scheduled we called when we returned. I would recommend keeping in touch with these folks and clarifying everything with them. I wish they had been thorough when we stopped by and when we made our order, but since they were not, it took some muddling and unnecessary communication to get what we wanted. Be sure to get all the specs and options, and choose accordingly. In the end, the craftsmanship is superb, and we are happy with our extra storage and the quality of the furniture we ordered; we have had many positive comments from visitors to our home, and we feel the furniture is a keepsake we can pass on, as opposed to the "made elsewhere" particle board with veneer cheaper and less durable stuff we saw.
