Amazing. I worked with Marcus Joo at One Block Off The Grid (1BOG.com) and had such a good experience. Since I had no prior experience with solar; purchase or lease, I needed someone to guide me through the process and make recommendations on what would be most beneficial for my needs now and later on. This company operates similarly to why you would use an insurance broker or any other broker that is paid by the service providing company. I had a million questions and Marcus patiently went through them with me over many days' time. Once I understood how the leases work for this product and what I should expect price-wise over the term of the contract, I found it easy to come to a decision. If you know nothing about solar or need a company to assist with better pricing, I would suggest you at least talk to someone at this company. There are a lot of people at 1BOG and I am sure they are all as good as Marcus. I didn't even know there was a company or person that provided this service until I took a chance and typed the word "solar broker" into a web search. This is the only name that came up, so I assume they have a lot of clout with the solar companies which is good for you. When you are ready to move forward with solar and decide to contact this company, just make sure you are sitting at your computer, because everything happens right there. The entire process from discussing my needs with 1BOG to completion of solar installation took 42 days. I am just waiting for SCE to put me into their system for net metering.
Description of Work: Requested and negotiated solar lease contracts from three solar companies. I requested contracts to cover various percentages of solar power production and that is exactly what I received.
