Workmen were very efficient and knew what they were doing.  Explained everything that they were doing.

The owner was great, polite, professional, easy to work with, and concerned about our overall cost.  

They were exceptional. They were very professional and I have had no problem with the product. They have answered questions since this time.

We are very pleased.  They did a very good job.  They did everything they said they would do and stayed on budget.  We have never had any leaks on the roof.  I would totally recommend them.  It has worked out beautiful.  We even got a bill once for $0.50 for an entire year.  It is way on its way to paying for itself.  I am really glad that I did it and I would totally recommend them to anybody.   The only thing that I would do differently, which I don’t know if I could; I would have put more in for future roof.   We could have an electric car if we had more panels.  It would be totally free; heating, lighting, everything.  You just don’t get better than that.

The team at Occidental Power took their time explaining every detail of the process and the benefits.  We asked many questions and they were all answered carefully and thoroughly.  From planning to implementation each person we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable.  Their communication with us was exemplary.

It was an exemplary experience. I am happy to recommend them. These folks really know what they are doing, and they've been at it for a very long time.(There are a lot of people trying to get into this industry right now, but a good installation really requires experience and the common sense that comes along with that.) It didnt hurt that out of three bids, theirs was the most competitive (which in my opinion was because they had a very efficient design solution, and have the experience to minimize the labor involved to install). Very honest, trustworthy, and experienced. Design for the number of panels was spot on: they estimated that the number of panels that fit on our roof would produce about 2/3 of our usage, and recommended a utility rate that would corrolate to close to 100% of our utility bill: that is EXACTLY how our panels have performed over the last 4 years. They calculated the life cycle cost (how long before the utility savings and depreciation tax benefit would offset the initial cost). Very clean and professional work; e.g. all exposed conduit was very neatly and carefully installed, minimizing the visual impact of the infrastructure. They handled all the tax credit forms that we submitted to our accountant; they handled all the applications for rebates. We paid the net difference, which i understand is also financeable. Occidental also had a good reputation with all three of the roofing contractors that had bid on the roofing. The roofer we selected loved working with Occidental. The team there really have their hearts and minds in the right place, and they are truly great at what they do.
