Absolutely god awful. Marked up my walls of my new house. Ripped fabric off furniture. Broke 3 beds. Lost multiple boxes and a painting. Complained the entire time while they were moving that they didn’t have a big enough crew and weren’t being paid enough to do the job.

1) Wendy who schedules the move is nice and picks up on practically the first ring every time I called. On the day of and after the move she was very responsive and friendly.
2) Three guys showed up an hour and a half early. Could be a good thing or a bad thing - depends on if you are ready! But they were flexible and would have returned later if we wanted. As it ended up good thing they did b/c the move took 9 hours. They worked pretty fast packing the van but was slower than I expected unloading - packing was 4-5 hours and unloading was only about an hour less. I think this is likely b/c we were their second move of the day and they likely were getting pretty tired. I recommend scheduling for first job of the day or asking if you can get a cap on the cost of the move.
3) The guys mainly speak Chinese as their first language. As it happens this was a plus for us but could be a language barrier for others. Shouldn't be a problem b/c at least the crew chief is well able to speak English. My tip to you is to just label your boxes well and also label the rooms to match for when they unload.
4) Don't be shy about asking them to lay down carpet to protect your floors or even to wash their hands before handling delicate things. They are very accomodating.
5) They got everything packed, nothing broken, nothing lost. One of the least problematic moves I have ever had.
Lastly your experience may differ depending on the team they send. Bruce led my move and was great as was the driver.

Worst experience ever. Team was not prepared, and even less committed.

I got a recommendation for Oasis from a family member who loved working with them and I agree. They showed up 15 minutes early to our house to start loading their truck. We had packed everything (our choice) but they provided garment boxes for hanging clothing. 3 guys came to help us and started work right away with no dilly dalling. They didn't break anything and were very prepared. It was a seamless move and I would totally use them again. They're also the most affordable movers I found charging about $30 less/hour than other companies. Great job guys, thanks!

They packaged everything really well. They are very hard-working. We had a few really challenging items that had to be carried down the stairs and they did it without complaining at all. I would use them again.

I needed them to move a baby grand piano across the hall (about 25 feet on a level surface with no steps) without rolling it over the hardwood. I looked on Angie's List for a moving company that moves pianos. Wendy Liu was terrific when I first called, understood what I needed and arranged to have three movers come out to carry the piano out of the room. Wendy quoted a price of $120 for each time they came to the house. They were prompt but two problems came up. First, they spoke no English and were very hyperactive and rushed. Then, when I gave the three men who moved the piano (took about seven minutes) a check for $120, they kept demanding "a tip". They were very insistent and annoying and I felt a little frightened. When I later called Wendy to arrange for the company to come back to move the piano back, I told her about the "tip" demands and told her that I didn't want that to happen again since she and I had decided that $120 was a fair price. She agreed and sent out a different set of movers. This time they were very unpleasant about having to lift the piano since they wanted to roll it (which I could have done myself since it has wheels), did a lot of grunting and grimacing when lifting the piano, and were terribly rushed. I found this disturbing since they are a company that advertises that it moves pianos, it's not a big grand piano, and my reason for needing to have it lifted (not rolled) was something I'd explained to Wendy from the beginning. So, in summary they did the job but it was a rude and unprofessional encounter on both occasions and the workers the second time were not skillful.

The moving crew damaged the house I was moving out of so badly that the landlord (with whom I was on very good terms) withheld my entire deposit of $900.00 to fix the damage. This move cost me three times the cost paid to Oasis because of their carelessness. Despite this, I was still intending to tip the workers, since I believed the damage was a mistake and not done out of malice, but to add insult to injury the foreman of the job insisted on a bigger tip! He didn't get it and should have been grateful he got anything. It was a great disappointment. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but the manager at Oasis lied about the damage, even though the crew admitted it, and nothing came of it.
Response from OASIS MOVING CO
"The damages this member is talking about here are the cracks on the stone stairs. The landlord stopped the movers using the stairs (This is the only way in and out.) after half hour they started moving. The movers pointed to him that the cracks were OLD right there. Then, the movers put blankets on the stone stairs to finish the move. We moved Him into the house and out of the same house with one year apart. For these two moves, same movers used same tools and same concrete stairs to move the same household furniture. The landlord was so happy when we moved him into the house a year ago. The landlord even helped with the moving. If our movers break anything, we have different resources of handyman and professionals to repair or replace anything, even the piano finish. We are not liable for anything we did not do. We have nothing to do with the relationship between our customers and their landlords."

They arrived promptly and worked quickly and carefully, I was very satisfied and gave a large tip which still kept them far less than others I checked.

I was happy with the work they did, and would not hesitate to use them again. They were considerably less expensive than other movers I contacted and took excellent care of the furniture.

Very happy with the service - they were on time, efficient, careful and got the job done. One word of warning (and this also happened to the friend who recommended them to us) - the crew leader seems to like to ask for more tip. We tipped 20% so were not pleased to be asked for more, so refused as politely as we could. It was an awkward moment though. Otherwise, no gripes at all. Charge was $85 per hour, with an extra hour charge for the piano.

They were generally efficient and careful movers. However two of the men lacked English and it was a bit of a limiting factor in terms of giving directions, and for placing labelled boxes in their correct location (i.e. Kitchen, Bedroom, Office, etc). Mostly they were very good movers, but they did ask for more tip than the one I provided (which I believed to be fair)

From the moment I spoke with Wendy, I felt comfortable. She called me the day before to confirm the move time. She also continued to call me on the day of the move to let me know the status of the movers before our appointment. The movers themselves (there were 3 of them) were great. They were organized, careful and quick. They packed up the apartment in an hour and we were on our way to the new apartment. At the new apartment, there were challenges with the staircase which they easily handled. Everything arrived in fine condition and was placed where we wanted it to go. I would highly recommend their services.

The movers came on time and were polite. The company also called the day before to confirm the time of the move. They provided shrink wrap and blankets and moved all the boxes. They also wrapped all the furniture for us. They even helped tape up some last minute boxes. I thought they were careful with our furniture. When they unloaded, they remembered from which room the stuff was taken and then put it in the appropriate room. If they didn't remember or it was a new room, they would ask where we wanted it. I thought they did a good job. We had 3 guys and a 24 ft. truck for $85 per hour from door to door.
