I had a really horrible experience with him. I spent $500 on the job. He left my carpets dirty, wet, and his behavior was really bad. He talked about his intimacy with his partner to me. His price was average. I will not use his services in the future.

I called them and got good information, they picked up rug exactly on time, returned it as scheduled, did a great job.

The scheduler on the phone was very helpful and informative, he explained the entire procedure and worked with me to find a convenient time to pick the rugs up. The pick up and delivery guys were friendly, and helpful, moving furniture, rolling up the old pads. They were careful of my furniture and walls as they moved the carpets. The same two men delivered the cleaned rugs, which was very helpful because they remembered where the rugs went and the process was smoother. The rugs look and feel lovely. Food stains from the rug under the dining table came out (with only one badly stained area slightly lighter due to the treatment). They offered to replace the rug pads, but when I did not like their pad samples, they did not pressure me to purchase. They were right on time and set a one hour window for both pick up and delivery.
