We thought Nevin did a great job. He developed a great rapport with out tenants. The work was great quality, and his guys cleaned up the site nicely every night.

He has been very good with older homes. He's very flexible to the situation and seems to be very knowledgeable with these historic homes. He was referred to me through a real estate agent. The quality of work, good communication, his pricing has been good. He doesn't pressure me int o doing anything I don't want to have done. There's nobody else I'd want to talk to about getting work done.
