Let me start by saying I would definitely use Charles / Gentry Landscapes again. Charles was extremely professional, did top quality work, was responsive when issues arose and kept to budget on items in the original plan. While we did go over budget, the increase in cost was a direct result of my changing the plans and requesting additional work during the process. His pricing on these change orders was very reasonable.
Charles knows how to do cement hardscape, has an excellent metal person, and brings good advice to all aspects of the project.
Also while the work went beyond schedule, this was due in large part to the additional items we requested. If we had not requested these I feel we may have exceeded the original time line by a few weeks.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGN. CHARLES IS A JOY TO WORK WITH. HE WILL DO WHAT YOU WANT. HE WANTS TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. LIKE NO OTHER. HE WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE PLANTS ETC. IF YOU ARE NOT, HE WILL REPLACE THEM AND REDO THE WORK ON THE GARDEN. HE IS THE BEST. AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED, HE CAME BACK A FEW TIMES TO RE-PLANT.
