Property Appraisal
He missed the appointment that he made with me, I waited around for 3 hours and when I called he he told me that he forgot about me. When re-scheduling, it wasn't at my convenience it was at his. When he did show up, he was in flip-flops, shorts and a hawaiian shirt. When he went through my house he told me that he would appraise it at the maximum amount that they were allowed just to turn around and tell my funding company a different price. He took almost a full month to turn in the appraisal, it is only supposed to take 4 days.
