Architectural Service
We jumped through his hoops to no avail. In the end Michael Mullin made it impossible to use any of the $25K in work he did for us, saying he "lost" the files we needed. Since then we have hired another architect who did ALL the work for $7K. We have CD's, elevations, permits, blueprints, and planning approval all included in that fee. We feel Michael Mullins cheated us since we finished with nothing to show from him but lost money.
