I got a prompt answer and appointment, no hassles. Very polite. I drove across town just to use this locksmith.

Very quick to respond. Courteous, efficient. Have used before and always been happy. They also make the best key copies.

Called, easily set appointment, they came, looked, discussed, and gave accurate written estimate, including eventualities for if custom work ended up more or less complex than anticipated. Parts needed to be seen at their (very nice) showroom, parts selection and order all quick and written receipts for everything. As discussed and on time, installation went quick, very professional, outstanding work, and fully satisfied with all work and highly recommend this vendor.

I had seen this company at work when my former landlord had our apartment building rekeyed. So when I moved into my own house, these were the guys I called to do the job. They arrived on time and called to let me know they were on their way. The locksmith took care of the rekeying in short order. My door wasn't locking properly, so he figured out the problem and fixed it for me at no extra charge.

There was one problem in that the work order didn't include the garage door opener request. We figured the dispatcher forget to include it. But that was no problem. He took a look at my ancient Genie garage door opener (circa 1972) and checked the truck for a replacement. He didn't have one but arranged to come back the next day at a time that worked for me. It took a couple of tries but we found one and best part is that I didn't have to pay for a second house call. While it wasn't a perfect experience, having the field staff be able to make a call for a solution that is the best fit for the customer (that's me) makes me even happier with this company.

Excellent work! The workman (I wish I could remember his name--he was terrific) replaced our combination lock after discussing all the options. He didn't try to sell us a super-expensive one; in fact directed us toward the cheapest model as the most suitable for our home. It's exactly what we wanted. The workman was polite, pleasant and professional. He showed up on time for the estimate and again for the repair. When he was putting in the lock he showed me some problems with the front door that probably caused the old lock to wear out and asked if he could fix them. There was no extra charge for the extra work. He planed the door, fixed the door hinge, and filed the metal piece the deadbolt fits into for a better fit. He was done quickly, even on a very hot day, and left no mess behind. I'll probably contact him again to fix some our 100-year-old interior doors.

Metro Locksmith came the day after I called them. They were able to fix the problem in about a half an hour. I feel that the price was worth it for the job they did. They were very efficient. They came in and diagnosed the problem. They explained everything very clearly. They call 15 minutes before they arrive. He called to tell me he was running late, and kept me informed.

They were great! Showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently, and everything worked perfectly. Also didn't sweat it when some of the locks proved to be more challenging than expected. Friendly and professional, and cost was exactly as promised.

The people from Metro Lock were great. They were on time. They did it fast and in an efficient way. The price was pretty good and competitive in relation with other companies that offer related services.

The representative from Metro arrived on time, explained in detail what he was doing and why, discussed various options with me, and performed the agreed upon work quickly and competently. He was also happy to advise me on other related questions I had that didn't require any work on his part. The price was reasonable and same as estimated.

The locksmith was punctual, he explained the work thoroughly, and he cleaned up after himself and even did extra work such as tightening the door handles and re-aligning the strike plate.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK. WE ARE SO HAPPY TO HAVE THEM ON OUR LIST OF PEOPLE TO RELY ON. THEY COME QUICKLY TO HELP US WHENEVER WE NEED THEM AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD TO WORK WITH.
