This was a tough job because at first, no one knew what was under the concrete area to be repaired. It turned out to be the foundation of an old house, which was moved to a lot next door. Years of wear and tear had caused parts of it to chip off and crumble, causing water to leak into my neighbor's yard and carport area. John Biasotti, Merlo's VP, came out three times to assess the problem, decide on a best course of action, and explained to my neighbor and I what would be done. The crew was tops, professional, and knew what to do at every step of the project. The result: problem solved. I highly recommend Merlo for these types of projects.

I thought they did it very rapidly, considering it was done towards the end of the year as I did want to have it done before the new year. Which of course, I was very happy about. Overall, I think they did a very good job with everything. You won't find any complaints from me.

Mr. Owen Doherty knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it on a complicated job involving sloping areas and a retaining wall. The work commenced on time and and was finished in one calendar week with a few hours finishing work on the following Monday. The results were just as Mr. Doherty had described them to me. Extra squares of pavement were removed and replaced without extra charge to facilitate the proper slopes. There have been no problems and the current rainfall has demonstrated how well the job was done.

It was a good job done by a very competent company & it didn't take them long to get it done. I am satisfied with their work & the job they did. I will give them a referral if I get the chance.
