A circuit breaker started breaking and was shutting off power to the whole unit. This started happening more than six months after the tenent moved in and following a cooking incident that set off the smole alarm. I was able to get an appointment with an electrician within one business day. The electirican arrived at the agreed upon time. He was able to isolate the problem to the smoke alarm wiring. It was not installed correctly after the painter had repainted the unit, but didn't cause a problem until after the smoke alarm was set off. He rewired the smoke alarm correctly and there has been no problem since then.

I liked them. They are a union shop, which can be good and bad. I have several buildings because I am a residential landlord and they always have the manpower to cover all the services I need them for. With rentals I sometimes have to deal with things quickly and they are always able to help. I can call them up and they will be able to send somebody out. They are professional and efficient. They will also troubleshoot which some electricians don't like to mess around with. They tend to be a little bit pricey and you can probably get a lower price if you shop around. I did have a problem with an electrician not showing up one time but overall they have done pretty good.

They are informative and do a good job. They make decisions more in the way of your interst and not just to make money.
