Architectural Service
Matt and his staff were very professional and offered high quality architectural services that ended in approved plans that I was pleased with. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He seemed to have a competitive bid, breaking down the phases of work, his estimate for the number of hours each phase would take, and his price per hour. His actual time ended up being much higher than his estimates. He claimed to have spent almost twice as many hours on the project as he estimated, but did discount his services. I ended up paying 25% over the the bid price. The architectural services cost me 14% of the total cost of my remodel. In hindsight, the service was premium and I only needed basic.
