I called to get a price in an area other than where the work was to be done and was referred to the SF location, which I called.
The woman answering the phone asked me several questions specific to the job I wanted done, asked when I wanted it done, gave me an estimate and e-mailed me a contract with information on the compant and their service agreement. She also was careful to let me know because there an oder to reglazing to be sure I was aware of this.

I contractor arrived on time, which in SF because of the parking constraints is amazing, surveyed the job and reiterated what the contract was to do. Once we agreed, he brought in his tools and began. The 1st day was prep and conditioning, finishing up with the initial coat of enamal. This part took about 7 hours including a lunch break

The noise was moderate, but he kept the door closed, and it was fine. Once he was completed for the day, he cleaned up everything including wiping down the sink and toilet for dust. He left a fan going in the bathroom to help disapate the smell and said he would return the next day to complete the second coat, get my approval of the job and have me sign off on the contract and be paid. He was complete by noon.

I am very pleased with the results and the job greatly improved the looks of the tub.

From Bianca, the office manager, all the way up the chain of command to Adrian, I experienced nothing but superior professionalism, thorough communication, superb customer service and an "eagle eye" for perfection.  Adrian's concrete team, Eamon and Jose, worked their tails off for the better part of two days to complete the job to precise specifications.  I could not be more happy!

I will indeed need more concrete work completed in the years to come.  Adrian and his team will be my first call for they've absolutely earned the first shot at my future business.  It's great to know pride in one's work and customer service are not totally extinct.

I was very pleased with the service received from Mulhall Construction.  They operate with complete transperancy and kept me abreast of any obstacles they we encountered. I have worked with numerous contractors in my lifetime I find Mulhall construction to be the best. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs the use of a general contractor.

We contacted Adrian to provide a consultation as we were thinking of remodeling our house by adding a 3rd floor. Adrian and Linda Beatty came to our house review the property and discuss our options. They arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed, not only with their ideas, but their depth of knowledge - it was clear they had done this before. Linda noted that we had a potentially historic house and was able to explain to us the process we would have to go through and how she would be able to guide us through the process. They were very clear in their explanation of our options from both a design and a structural engineering perspective. I felt that they provided and honest explanation of the work required, the time frames and the potential cost - completely worth the $200 consultation fee.
