It was a tight schedule and a small work area, so staying in contact was important to accommodate the schedule. Martin was very accessible by phone. A great job overall - love the bathroom. Great recommendation on type of toilet - helpful.

The whole process went smoothly. M. Connell plumbing took their time answering all my questions. They were easily reached by phone, and returned my calls promptly. The work was completed to schedule. I think the total cost of $7,000 was reasonable considering the amount of work performed.
