MARIA'S HOUSE CLEANING

The work was outstanding, as it was 4 years ago. The floor and wall areas around stoves & refrigerators was made spotless. Refrigerator & stove interiors were well cleaned too. Shelving in cabinets for each kitchen & bathroom, and hallway closets were included. In addition to cleaning the windows, all of the individual blinds & screens were cleaned too. Of course all carpeting was well vacuumed. There were other smaller details that they didn't miss. Maria is hands-on with her crew and is the quality control. The scheduling was very easy to coordinate.

She is excellent. She called to confirm and showed up on time. Took the time to go over the home carefully and make sure everything I needed done was done. Even cleaned some spider webs in the skylights ( I was not aware of) without my asking. Did a very good job and look forward to her return each week !!!!

Maria and her crew are very punctual and courteous. Their work is very clean and are very detailed. I would highly recomrnend, Maria's cleaning service.

All of the work easily met my expectations. All of the normal cleaning needs for kitchens and bathrooms was very well done. Throughout the house cleaning included wiping shelves in all of the closets and cabinets wiping the tops of door frames, and dusting all of the corners, ceiling edges, and base boards. The toughest work, that was done extremely well, was cleaning the interior of an oven. Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of 2 refrigerators was was also included. At the end of the process the crew vacuumed the 5 rooms and a hallway. The result of the job was excellent. Maria and her crew have clearly earned repeat business.

Maria had never used this method before but she tried it out and mastered it. There were 50 cabinet doors and it took her 4 sessions of 3 hours each

The lady who came over to get the work done was great and excellent. She came on time and the price charged was good. She is very reliable and her service is fantastic.

Person sent from the service did not speak or read English so ignored these instructions and was unable to understand my husbands attempts to explain what we needed. I called the service back the next day. They were apologetic and sent 2 people out for no extra cost the next day. They were polite, one spoke English. They cleaned well enough, seemed in a great rush, and did the bare minimum of what I asked (ex. asked for them to clean the extra dusty/dirty window panel covers - done, but did not attempt to clean the dirt and bug covered window sills directly under the panels and clearly visible). Overall, if I can, I will continue to clean myself until I find a better service. Would probably call this service again, but will insist on someone who understands or reads English - being a multilingual myself, I don't think this is too much to ask for.

She was good and I was quite happy with her. The house was clean after she finished. She was a little bit late, but she called to tell me she was going to be late.

I contacted Maria's Service for an initial cleaning, which is why the price is probably higher than typical. It had been quite awhile since I had use a service provider, and there was plenty to do. I was impressed that beyond the typical cleaning services (bathroom, floors, etc.) the team of two also cleaned the dining room chandelier, the wood blinds, the interior of the oven, inside cabinets, under the beds, and other spots not obvious to the naked eye. I was pleasantly surprised, as other service providers had not had this attention to detail. Beyond that, they were courteous, prompt, responsive, and kind. I will certainly call them again.

I called and got a visit the same afternoon to make a quote. The appointment was set for just two days later and at my convenience. Three cleaners arrived about 8:20am and went right to work (sched: 8:00am but they did call when traffic delayed arrival). They had all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They worked steadily for nearly 3 hours. I checked at end of job and found the cleaning very thorough. I was pleased to see that many places were cleaned that my other cleaner usually missed! Furniture, even stereo equipment, was moved and surfaces cleaned and dusted. Edges of the wall to wall carpet were cleaned of dust. The bathroom glass shower doors and tile sparkled. VERY well done and I am very pleased with the work. This was a first time cleaning with these people and I was told regular cleaning will be cheaper; the first cleaning always costs a bit more.

UPDATE: Maria has been my only house cleaner since 2011 and she and her crew are exceptional. They are able to clean based on schedules set far in advance and they always show up and are on time. They work without supervision. Usually there is no one in the house when they clean and they need no supervision thanks to Maria who keeps a close eye on the quality of the work of all her crew. They always do an exceptional job,

Maria and her two colleagues have been cleaning our new house for almost 2 years every other week. They are reliable, meticulous, careful, co-operative, pleasant, conscientious and hard working. We are very pleased with them.
