Ask for Fidel, the store manager. He gave us quick and well-informed service, knew exactly what he was talking about, let us try a number of mattresses, really listened to what we wanted, and then left us alone to talk things over. A regional manager was in the store, and he gave us an incredible discount. I had a slight car salesman vibe ("I have to talk this over with the sales manager"), but nothing so hinky that we didn't want to complete the sale. I have no idea if we paid too much -- it was a lot -- as I've found it next to impossible to find mattress prices online. Regardless, I felt we got a good deal and really good and helpful service.
