Phil was very responsive and was able to fix the issues we were having with our Mac. He helped us understand what was causing a lot of our Mac issues, and helped show us how to avoid the issues in the future. I will definitely continue to use Phil in the future for all my Mac support needs.

This was truly a very positive experience. Phil called back in a very timely manner after my initial message. He was able to come the same day, and was flexible on timing. Once here, he immediately went to task to fix my printer problems. And in doing so, identified several other issues with my computer and network connection, which he fixed. Phil was extremely professional and proactive, and I would highly recommend him, as well as use the services again. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

It went wonderfully smoothly. I have used Phil on 8-10 occasions in the past when I have needed help with my computers and/or system at home. He is always superb, thoughtful, efficient and reasonably priced. And, given how busy I am, it is such a blessing that he is willing and able to come on weekends and in the evenings. I would give him an A+++ rating for the overall quality of his work with me over the last few years. I could not endorse him more strongly

It was pretty speedy and I felt he was worth what he charged. He was certainly affordable for me. He charged me $60.00/hour and it was no longer than 2 hrs. I’ve recommended him to my friends with Macs. Everything was working when he was done! We communicated through email and we set up a time and he was ready at that time. It was easy to arrange with him. Phil is very good!

Every time I have called Phil, it has worked out well. He has always managed to do precisely what was asked, and he usually finds and fixes a host of smaller issues that we didn't even know were there. As a result, it's like having a new computer after he's finished.
Sometimes the work takes longer than expected, but his bill is always quite reasonable. I always feel like I got much more than I paid for, and I have learned a great deal by asking him questions.
Plus, he's pleasant, responsive, and he listens.
