I used them before because they are very familiar with our building on Post St. Vince the plumber came within the hour slot they had indicated. He was professional and fixed the problem right away. The whole job took about 10 minutes (5 minutes to find the right valve in the truck, 4 minutes to reposition the radiator at the right angle to prevent future backflow and 1 minute to change the airvalve). The result was good and quick, but expensive.

THE COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THE REPAIRMEN ARE VERY POLITE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT TOO. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THE COMPANY ARRIVED ON TIME, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLING THE WATER HEATER. THE GUYS SEEM TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WAS PRETTY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY DID GOOD WORK BUT THEY TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP LIKE I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

LUTZ PLUMBING IS A VERY RESPECTABLE COMPANY. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND IT DOES NOT TAKE THEM LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND THEY HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED ONCE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
