Really excellent online scheduling system and responsive over email.  They quoted me a significantly lower price than the dealership to fix the problem (something like 70% lower) and fixed it right the first time.  Plus, since they also service taxis, I was able to pick my car up way after hours with no hassle.  I now go there for all my auto service.

They seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend them and I'd use them again. My only complaint is that they wanted to charge a higher amount of money than what they had quoted someone else in the past for a similar repair.

I like that they specialize in the car that I drive. I like that it's a woman-owned shop. I like that it's kind of green shop that more environmentally oriented than any other garage I've ever been in. They're very nice and they know their stuff.
