He came back for the entire period for 2 and a half weeks to continue haul stuff for me as things were torn down and needed to be taken.

Called on Saturday at 4:30pm. He answered the phone and promised to show up in an hour. By 6:15pm. he was done. He was efficient and neat.

Lou was cheerful and quick. Came on time, and moved heavy items very quickly. He can move many heavy items by himself. He is cheerful, friendly, reliable, and very hard working.

Lou arrived on time, phoned 1/2 hour before the appointment to confirm he was on his way, and was able to get his truck in our driveway, and that's very difficult. This is were the years of being in the trade was a big plus! I wondered how he would be able to lift these heavy things I needed him to! 15 mins. later, I heard his pulldown door closing. When I went to pay him, the area was clean and plants I mentioned I was going to replace the junk with were all placed nicely. Wow! We were very happy with Mr. Lou's service. There were no hidden charges. It was even 20% less then we had agreed on. Lou's Express is a good, old-fashioned service we need more of.
