I THINK THEY ARE VERY HARDWORKING AND HONEST, AND THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY TIGHT, THEY DIDN'T CUT CORNERS, AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE ALSO VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP, AND TAKING AWAY UNUSED MATERIAL.

BID WAS AMONG THE LOWEST AND DIDN'T CHANGE THROUGH THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT. DELIVERED WHAT HE PROMISED. WHEN ISSUES AROSE (A FEW DO ON ANY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT) HE WAS UPFRONT AND WORKED WITH US TO FIND A SOLUTION. BRENDAN ALSO MADE SOME EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS WE WOULD NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF.
