Computer Repair
I brought my failed external back up hard drive to Keane after having been to two other services providers for estimates. The gentleman at Keane gave me a clear explanation of my drive's condition and the steps that would be taken to recover my data and transfer it to another hard drive. They also gave me a detailed cost estimate and assurance that if they could not recover my data there would be no further charge. They took time to answer all of my questions and I felt very confident leaving my drive and precious data with them. They emailed me with periodic progress reports and both called and emailed with the good news that they were successful in retrieving my files. I highly recommend Keane as a company that can be trusted.
