K-1 Roofing and Sheet Metal Co. did a good job and then called them back and had them work on another house. I used them again in February. This last time I spent $1500. I like them, I called them back a second time. I like the detail. I liked that they worked with the changes. They had to do a little research on their own to find out what that was. And I appreciated their time there. As far as working with them in 2011 it was $18,000 job. They worked with me on that. They gave me a complete bid. You know some people say plus any damage we find, blah, blah, blah. These guys said we are going to find damage this the amount we are including that for that damage. I appreciated that too.

I had to call them back twice on the gutters because they are not draining. They have come back without any problems. They did well on the roof.
