They were awesome. On time, great communication, very painless experience. One thing I was sad about was that because of Covid they aren’t able to donate things to charity. If I’d known I might have kept some things to donate separately.

Terrible I sent pictures and a list of what needed to be removed I had it confirmed & ready for hauling all n the front of my house & sidewalk They showed up have me a very high estimate & said they could do it later that week !! Then the driver told me he didn’t like that I was not happy with that news I demanded he take the items I loaded on the side walk he begrudgingly did because I had a confirmation ! I hired. A local guy for the rest cheap fast & nicer not someone who dislikes woman

We couldn't be more satisfied. The two team members had to go up to the attic and out the front door with a lot of heavy stuff. One small nick on the front door paint. An easy thing to fix. The team members were fast, courteous and friendly. They quoted a price before they began which was fair. But when they finished they said we didn't use as much of the truck as they thought and lowered the price.

The staff is very friendly and it's easy to make appointment since their office service is available until 7 PM. The appointment service staff was really nice and professional, and the person who helped me is Annie. I was surprised about them coming to pick up at an earlier time and their reasonable pricing and professional service. They even provide a discount to my order! Thank you so much!
