We are very pleased with this work. We had birds nesting under the eaves of our (new) 2-story house. Juan did a great job installing wire mesh to block their access to the roosting spots. He painted the mesh to make it blend with the house. He arrived on time for the estimate and the 2 work days, worked diligently and professionally and completely cleaned-up the area each day. His price was reasonable. We will definitely have him return for other projects and will recommend him to our neighbors.

Juan is very nice and easy to work with and economical to boot. We did small projects like hanging pictures and shelves, hooks, rods etc. Did a great job and worked efficiently.

We hired Juan for a painting/trim job on our front door, and he did such a great job, we didn't hesitate to hire him again to install a new kitchen faucet. He was punctual, polite, and did fantastic work!

He is a nice man, but was very split in his attention. He hired someone to power wash my newly constructed porch before starting to paint it, and that person gouged and splintered the new wood . Juan filled in the wood gouges with wood putty before painting; they swelled in the rain, the paint discolored and lifted. There are bubbled spots on the porch floor, and spots that were never painted that face my neighbor. I have been calling and contacting Juan since the problem was discovered, there has not been any resolution. Juan quoted for 4 colors, but ended up with 3; he didn't want to buy 4 colors. Paint cans were left on the job site
