Cake Decorating
I know Joni from the local garden club, and I took a mosaic-making class from her. I really like her art, and I knew she made cakes professionally, usually portraits that are colorful and vigorous. They are way more than cakes! I learned she bakes the cake with loving care from excellent natural ingredients builds it up 3D-wise and decorates it in glowing color (including flower petals). Size and cost are negotiable to a certain extent. I thought the price was fair. She can tell you how many servings a certain size provides.
