John thinks outside of the box, and was able to show me appropriate neighborhoods and properties I never had on my radar. Most importantly, he figured out a way to keep me in my building, where I have lived the past 9 years. He helped me buy the building and then saw me through each of the phases of completing the purchase. He also recommended the best lawyer and contractor, respectively, John Gutierrez and Jim Wall; and connected me to a great many essential and stellar subsidiary services. John seems to know only nice, competent professionals, and I think it's because he is such a thoughtful and attentive agent. He allowed me to play out all my drama in completing the purchase--calmly seeing me through my fears, frustration and even bursts of anger. Making a purchase of this size, and I bought an older building too, was not easy; except that John made it easy with his supportive and sensible suggestions and his patience.
