 + 0 moreIt sold in one week. He was a pleasure to work with, and he let us get involved in the project to cut down on the cost. We were so happy with his staging work that we employed him as an interior designer in our new house in Redwood City. He works with what you have and in addition to his skill as a designer, he has handyman skills so he can install window treatments and light fixtures himself. He clearly loves his work and wants to make his clients happy.
Description of Work: Jim staged our San Francisco 1400 square foot 7 room condominium. He chose paint colors, brought in furniture, accessories, plants, and linens from his own collection (but used as much of our furniture as possible). He kept beautifying and improving it right up until the Open House. Our real estate agent was very impressed with his work.
