Our real estate agent from Austin who is also highly respected introduced us to Jennifer and suggested we use her as our agent to find a home in San Francisco. Jennifer was beyond exceptional when we were looking for a house. Her knowledge and advice made all the difference in our process and she could not have been nicer. Jennifer helped my husband and I buy our first home this summer. She is an incredible broker, extremely experienced and knowledgeable of the nuances of the San Francisco real estate market (which is very competitive and somewhat unique). We had been looking on Redfin for months, and have several friends who have bought homes in San Francisco in the last few years, so we had some idea of what buying a house in San Francisco was going to be like: a long, painful and expensive process. Luckily, one of our friends recommended Jennifer, as she helped him and his husband buy a house a couple of years ago. Our experience with Jennifer was also fantastic. Jennifer met with us and we discussed what we were looking for and where and what our ideal budget was. She told us what we already knew, that our ideal budget was low and we were likely going to have to spend more to buy a home in San Francisco, so we increased our budget to a more realistic one. She went with us to open houses that first weekend and discussed the pros and cons of each house and what she thought each would sell for (all of them at the very max of our realistic budget). We tracked each house on Redfin and discovered that she was spot on with all her sale price predictions. She contacted us on Wednesday of the following week and asked us to drop everything and go see a house with her that morning, which thankfully we did. She showed us a house that was not yet on the market, had not been renovated, painted or even cleaned. She told us we could get that house for within our original budget if we moved quickly. This was pretty stressful, as we had just started this process and had only looked at a dozen houses in person. But we trusted her and put an offer on the house the next morning and they accepted our offer. We got the first house we put an offer on, after only looking at houses for 1 week, and it was within our original ideal budget! This is basically unheard of in San Francisco, and would not have happened without Jennifer! We would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone buying a house in San Francisco. And we already have recommended her, to multiple people! She is honest and direct and you should listen to what she tells you, she really does know what she is talking about.
