We consider San Francisco to be the center for our business activities, but more importantly, it is our home and were we live, raise our children and enjoy the unique flavors that only San Francisco and the Bay Area has to offer. We also recognized early on, that San Francisco is riddled with all types of real estate, from Single Family Homes, Condominium and Tenancy in Common (TIC) to Multi-Tenant Residential. We've understand the unique nuances in our market to help better assist owners, both residential owners and investors, with Real Estate Transactions, TIC's & Condo Conversions, Rent Control and Tenant Evictions, and with solid hard work to get the job done right. San Francisco is a very diverse marketplace comprised of many different neighborhoods, each with their unique characteristics and conveniences. By having a solid understanding of a particular neighborhood, a specific street and development complex, puts both buyers and sellers in a position to make sound judgments of the market segments from which they are selecting. We are here to help people become informed enough to make educated judgments and decisions regarding neighborhood selection, types of property available and what makes the most sense for the individual and families. Our goal is to lay out many of the practical issues relating to the successful purchase or sale of real estate transactions.
