I bought everything for the remodel of my 3 bathrooms, kitchen and more. ($15,000+), but the service there really sucks. They are all nice and helpful until you have placed the order. They try to pressure you into placing the entire order at once (so you don't go elsewhere), but I didn't as I know remodel projects tend to take longer. That's when their attitude started. They know very little about what they sell, so when my contractors had simple questions, they couldn't help and treated me like it was my problem. After they delivered a broken toilet and refused to take it back (but offered to order a new one at my expense), I had had enough. They had made $1,000+ on me in profits (which is OK), but at the end, they got a furious customer and bad reviews on the net because they wanted to save $175. Not the kind of people I want to do business with. I found a much better company: Century Bath and Kitchen on 251 Rhode Island, San Francisco. They are very helpful and flexible.

We were remodeling our bathroom and trying to decide on a new tub. The old one was in bad shape and over 50 years old. Most show rooms have only a few Kohler tubs to look at. We traveled the 30 miles to JC Plumbing and we're not disappointed. They had everything we wanted to see in the showroom. We instantly knew which tub we wanted. They delivered the tub 2 days later for $20, along with the toilets. The delivery guy even rolled the tub into the bathroom for me to install it.
