Jon was recommended to my folks by Acme Roofing to repair a roof top solarian that had been occasionally leaking into their living room for a few years, and repair the plaster in the living room ceiling. Leaks are hard to trace, so it was difficult to get a total grasp on the project at the beginning. But, by the time everything was opened up, they found termites had gotten into the roof joists and more work was going to be needed than first estimated. Jon did a great job of taking care of everything, including replacing the exterior door, framing, and siding of the solarian, as well as damaged ceiling framing in the living room. There are a lot of dishonest flakes in General Contracting, but Jon was THE nicest, most thorough, exacting, and conscientious people I've run into. He always kept in contact and was just a nice guy to deal with. I highly recommend his work.
