Handyman Service
He is very good but he tends to be a little slow. I hire him for smaller jobs that I don?t want to hire a contractor for. Usually we have a laundry list of things that we need done and we pay him $45 an hour. I think his fee is very competitive. You can never stump him and he is very innovated in terms of coming up with solutions; that?s what you want with a handyman. The work he does is very good but he is always so busy that it takes a while to schedule with him. We keep a running list so we can get everything done when he is here. He is generally late but we just know that and accept that.
